General Terms of Service

General terms governing the use of this website and Web Tattva services.

Last Updated: March 2026•Document Version: 3.0•Commercial Scope Framework
Relationship to Project Agreements

These website terms provide general information about Web Tattva's engagement framework. A project-specific proposal, statement of work, order, licence, or signed agreement may contain additional or different terms. Where applicable, the project-specific agreement governs that engagement.

SECTION 01

Website Use

These General Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of this website, information, interactive calculators, case studies, and content provided by Web Tattva (“Web Tattva”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

You may browse and interact with our website for lawful business evaluation, research, and communication purposes. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure, backend systems, or networks;
  • Deploy automated scrapers, bots, or extraction scripts without prior written authorization;
  • Introduce malicious software, viruses, or code intended to disrupt service operations;
  • Submit fraudulent, defamatory, or unlawful information through our contact or inquiry forms.
SECTION 02

Services

Web Tattva provides bespoke website development, modern frontend engineering, UI/UX architecture, technical performance optimization, and optional website maintenance and care services.

Descriptions of services on this website are for general informational purposes. All professional services are delivered under formal proposals, statements of work, orders, or service agreements outlining the applicable parameters.

SECTION 03

Project Scope

Each project baseline is established through an approved proposal, quotation, or statement of work defining agreed deliverables, functional specifications, and schedules.

If requests arise during development that fall outside the baseline scope:

  • We evaluate the technical feasibility, delivery timeline, and commercial impact;
  • Scope modifications or additional deliverables are estimated and presented in writing;
  • Work on out-of-scope items proceeds only upon mutual approval of the updated scope or change order.
SECTION 04

Fees & Payment

Project fees, payment schedules, and billing milestones are defined by the applicable proposal, statement of work, or order. Milestone arrangements are communicated before work begins and may vary depending on the project type, package, and commercial arrangement.

Invoices are payable in accordance with the terms specified in the agreement. Web Tattva reserves the right to pause active development or withhold final production deployment until outstanding milestone balances are settled.

SECTION 05

Client Responsibilities

Successful project delivery relies on timely and active client collaboration. The Client is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate content, copy, brand assets, and required business information;
  • Ensuring that all supplied content, imagery, fonts, and materials can legally be used;
  • Reviewing deliverables within agreed staging and inspection windows;
  • Providing consolidated, timely feedback to support project momentum;
  • Maintaining administrative account credentials and authentication keys securely;
  • Purchasing required third-party services, domains, and subscriptions where applicable.
SECTION 06

Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights and deliverable ownership are handled according to the applicable project agreement and the following classifications:

A. Bespoke Deliverables

Subject to full settlement of agreed project fees, ownership or licensing rights to custom-developed code, bespoke designs, and custom layouts created specifically for the Client are transferred or granted under the applicable agreement.

B. Web Tattva Pre-Existing Materials

Web Tattva retains all rights to its pre-existing tools, development workflows, proprietary templates, boilerplate systems, and foundational studio code developed independently of the project.

C. Reusable Components & Know-How

General engineering methodologies, non-proprietary code routines, algorithms, design patterns, and studio know-how remain available for Web Tattva to use in future client engagements.

D. Open-Source Software

Underlying open-source software libraries, frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js), and community packages remain subject to their respective open-source licenses (such as MIT, Apache 2.0, or BSD).

E. Third-Party Licensed Assets & Services

Third-party typefaces, stock assets, plugins, external APIs, and hosted services remain subject to their respective vendor licenses and terms.

Ownership and transfer of deliverables are strictly subject to the applicable agreement and compliance with third-party licences.

SECTION 07

Third-Party Services

Websites built by Web Tattva frequently interface with independent third-party services (such as DNS providers, cloud hosts, payment gateways, CRM integrations, headless CMS platforms, and analytics systems).

These services are governed solely by their respective provider terms, conditions, and service-level commitments. Web Tattva is not responsible for provider downtime, policy changes, pricing updates, or service discontinuations.

SECTION 08

Domain & Hosting

Hosting and domain costs depend on the provider, plan, and infrastructure selected. We recommend that clients maintain domain registrations and cloud hosting environments under their own corporate billing accounts.

The Client remains responsible for renewing domain registrations, keeping billing payment methods current, and securing DNS access credentials with their chosen registrars and hosting vendors.

SECTION 09

Warranty & Support

Any warranty, bug-fix period or post-launch support period is specified in the applicable project agreement or selected service.

Where included, warranty coverage typically addresses technical bugs or code regressions within the approved project scope. Warranties do not extend to defects caused by third-party modifications, unauthorized server alterations, plugin deprecations, or external API breaking changes introduced after handover.

SECTION 10

Performance & Availability

We build sites applying modern frontend performance practices (including image optimization, lightweight bundle structuring, and edge delivery). However, real-world website performance and availability depend on factors outside studio control.

These external variables include end-user network speeds, mobile hardware constraints, third-party analytics or tracking scripts added post-launch, and hosting provider uptime. Web Tattva does not warrant uninterrupted availability or specific numeric speed scores across all global conditions.

SECTION 11

Security

We adhere to standard security best practices during development (such as secure headers, dependency reviews, input sanitization, and HTTPS configuration).

Because internet security is inherently dynamic, no digital platform can be guaranteed completely immune from attacks, zero-day vulnerabilities, or credentials compromised via third-party services. Clients are responsible for safeguarding login details and administrative access keys.

SECTION 12

SEO & Business Outcomes

Web Tattva implements foundational on-page technical SEO (including clean semantic markup, metadata structures, and sitemaps).

Search engine ranking algorithms, conversion volumes, and organic traffic growth are subject to proprietary third-party criteria, industry competition, and ongoing content strategy. Web Tattva does not guarantee specific keyword positions, organic traffic targets, or business revenue outcomes.

SECTION 13

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to exercise reasonable care to safeguard non-public commercial, technical, and operational information exchanged during an engagement, and not to disclose such confidential information to unauthorized third parties without prior written consent.

SECTION 14

Portfolio Use

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing or governed by a specific non-disclosure agreement, Web Tattva may reference the completed project, display non-confidential screenshots, and include summaries in studio portfolios, case studies, and marketing archives.

SECTION 15

Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the cancellation and termination terms stated in the applicable written agreement.

Upon termination, the Client remains responsible for payment of all work completed, milestones achieved, and non-recoverable expenses incurred up to the effective termination date.

SECTION 16

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Web Tattva, its owners, and team members shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with the website or services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Web Tattva's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any project or engagement shall be limited to the total fees actually paid by the Client to Web Tattva under the specific agreement giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

SECTION 17

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Web Tattva from and against claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) content, trademarks, or materials provided by the Client; (b) unauthorized third-party modifications to deliverables; or (c) any violation of third-party rights or applicable laws.

SECTION 18

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delay or failure to fulfill obligations where caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural catastrophes, telecommunication or internet backbone disruptions, labor disputes, utility failures, government actions, or major infrastructure outages.

SECTION 19

Changes to Terms

Web Tattva may update these general website terms periodically to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory updates. The revised terms will be marked with an updated “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued access or use of the website following changes represents acceptance of the revised terms.

SECTION 20

Governing Law & Disputes

The parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any disagreement through mutual discussion.

Applicable governing law and dispute-resolution arrangements may be specified in the applicable project agreement, subject to applicable law.
